In this episode Katie discusses care of TOTs with Autumn R. Henning, MS, CCC-SLP, COM®, IBCLC of Chrysalis Orofacial. As an IBCLC and COM, Autumn works with clients the entire lifespan. Tongue tie starts in utero, changing the way baby swallows amniotic fluid and continues throughout life, effecting breastfeeding, speech, sleep and more. The effects of tongue tie never end, we just learn how to compensate, some better than others. Autumn works with a team of providers in Greenville South Carolina and has courses for providers.
